As the creative lead for QVC's email team, my role goes far beyond designing individual campaigns. I help shape the systems behind them—creating core templates, optimizing for dark mode and consistent experiences across major email clients, running A/B tests to improve click-through and conversion rates, and continually refining the experience based on performance data and customer behavior.
