I began my design journey at Kutztown University, earning a degree in Communication Design in 2013 along with the Dianne V. Dockery Advertising Design Excellence Award.
Since then, I've worked in both agency and in-house creative teams, designing for SaaS companies and, most recently, global eCommerce brand QVC, where I lead a team of three digital designers in the email and retention marketing space.
Over the past 13+ years, I've built a well-rounded skill set that spans web design and front-end development, email marketing, large-scale editorial design, brand systems, UX/UI, information design, illustration, photo and video art direction, and print production. I love tackling new creative challenges and enjoy being involved from the earliest concepts through final execution.
At the heart of it all is a love for where art and communication intersect. I believe thoughtful design has the power to tell meaningful stories, inspire action, and connect people with brands they love.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me spending time with my family (including being a mom to two wonderful kids and four very spoiled cats).
Cats have always had a special place in my heart, and over the past few years we've fostered two litters of kittens—a rewarding experience that was equal parts adorable and chaotic.
I also love to cook and bake (I even spent a stint in culinary school!), write fantasy novels, sing, play video games, make pixel art, and dive into just about any kind of creative project. Whether it's sketching, crafting, or illustrating custom Bluey-style family portraits for my Etsy shop, I'm always creating something.
